Hotel Mariant - S'Illot (Mallorca)

Reception staff made check-in smooth and friendly.

The hotel is conveniently located close to 2 beaches nearby (10 minutes walk). The food was the best we had. A lot of fish meals, huge variety. They changed it every day. Weekends are always some fun at the pool area. The view was nice, as we had balcony towards the pool side (south).

There was very bad, sewer like smell at the top floor which got into the hotel rooms. Problem was partially corrected after 5 days from our arrival, but it still smelled in the lift every day. Beds are old and the springs could be felt every night. In the bathroom was only one bar soap (no shampoo). And lastly, the walls are very very thin and you could hear all the noise from neighboring rooms.

I almost wanted to leave a good review, but i couldn't get over the noisy rooms and the gym that was very very weak. I was hoping for a complimentary gesture after the inconveniences, but apparently that's not a thing here. The food was consistently repetitive, just unforgivable.

Verry good and friendly czech receptionist, the food and spirits were delicious.

All inclusive finish at 22:25, terrible table wine included, no water afther, the rooms has very thin walls and we hear everithing what neigbour do.

Continental breakfast was a nice touch. It was based in very very good building in an absolutely perfect location, close to buses to other resorts. Very amiable and hard-working staff, provided useful info.

The gym required an extra fee, yet the shower pressure was excellent.

Croissants, cereal, cakes, and biscuits for breakfast. Location adjacent to the bouncy castle and mini golf and 2 lovely beaches, sa coma and s'illot...

The dining experience at the hotel was great with freshly prepared meals daily. The staff, especially the two receptionists, were genuinely helpful and friendly throughout my stay.

Hotel Mariant was a good haven for nature lovers like me. The flower-filled gardens surrounding the pool were visually fine. Especially the amazing receptionists, always greeted us with smiles. I appreciated the cleanliness of the room with a charming balcony where I could unwind with a book while enjoying the fresh air. Dining was a pleasant surprise with fresh, delicious options, particularly the seafood dishes, beautifully prepared.

The buffet offered an amazing variety of meats and seafood, the best i've experienced on a long journey. Super nice team in arranging car rentals and providing thoughtful late-night snacks upon arrival.

The hotel cleaning team excelled in keeping our room super clean. For a better experience, try dining early to avoid crowded meal times and look out for labeled food items.

The friendly professional staff are the best part of this hotel. From the efficient reception to the cute kitchen staff, everyone greeted guests with a smile. The room was clean, comfortable, and location was convenient, just one block from the beach. Dining was great with fresh meals made daily.

Be warned, you'll face a daily fee for gym access, and it's located in a separate building. The Wi-Fi is abysmal-connectivity issues are rampant, especially in the rooms. Expect poor meal quality with repetitive options and uninspiring flavors, along with a dining area that's not as clean as it should be. If you're driving, good luck finding parking. It's street parking only and can be a hassle. The walls are thin, so you'll get to enjoy the less-than-pleasant sounds from adjacent rooms if you're on the last floor. Air circulation noises can be heard due to the setup of the building, which might affect your sleep.

The best part was the clean and spacious room we stayed in! The pool was a major letdown though, could use some cleaning. 😕
